By using Farmer Community, you agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional rules or instructions presented within the application.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the application.

3

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account.

If you are not legally permitted to use the application or enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, you should not use Farmer Community without appropriate permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with the laws applicable to you.

4

User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

If you believe that someone has accessed your account without authorization, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

5

Farm Records and Data Accuracy

Farmer Community is designed in significant part to help farmers keep agricultural records.

Accuracy is important. The usefulness of the application's record-keeping and management features depends on the accuracy and completeness of information entered by the farmer.

Users are responsible for entering correct, complete, and up-to-date information into the application.

Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or misleading records may cause calculations, summaries, reports, reminders, recommendations, or other features to produce inaccurate or less useful results.

Farmer Community does not independently verify every record entered by users and does not guarantee that user-entered information is accurate.

Users should maintain appropriate backup records for information that is important to their farming operations.

6

Crop Management

Farmer Community may provide crop management features that allow users to record and manage information about crops, planting, production, activities, treatments, harvesting, yields, expenses, or other agricultural information.

Farmers are responsible for entering accurate information into crop management features.

The application may use information entered by the user to organize, calculate, display, summarize, or otherwise process agricultural records.

We do not guarantee that calculations, summaries, reminders, or recommendations will be accurate if the underlying information entered by the user is incorrect or incomplete.

7

Animal Management

Farmer Community may provide animal management features that allow farmers to record information about livestock, animals, health-related records, breeding, feeding, production, identification, expenses, activities, or other animal-related information.

Users are responsible for entering correct and current information.

Animal management information provided through the application should not be considered a replacement for advice from a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate animal-health professional.

Users remain responsible for decisions involving the health, treatment, feeding, breeding, welfare, or management of their animals.

8

Soil Sensor Features

Farmer Community may support soil sensor functionality that allows users to receive or view readings from compatible soil sensors connected to the application using technologies such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Soil sensor readings depend on the sensor, its calibration, condition, placement, connection, environmental conditions, software, and other technical factors.

Farmer Community does not guarantee that sensor readings are always accurate, complete, current, or available.

Users are responsible for ensuring that compatible sensors are properly installed, maintained, configured, and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Sensor readings should be considered informational and should not be treated as guaranteed professional agricultural, environmental, or scientific measurements.

9

CCTV and Supported Camera Devices

Farmer Community may provide features that allow users to connect, view, monitor, or receive information from certain supported CCTV cameras or other compatible camera devices.

Camera functionality may depend on the specific device, model, manufacturer, firmware, network connection, Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth connection, Internet connection, device configuration, and compatibility with Farmer Community.

Not every CCTV or camera device is supported. Users are responsible for confirming that their camera device is compatible with the application before relying on the feature.

Privacy and legal responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that cameras are installed and used lawfully and respectfully. Do not use Farmer Community or connected cameras to unlawfully monitor, record, photograph, or otherwise collect information about people.

Users must obtain any permissions, notices, consent, or authorizations required by applicable laws before installing or operating cameras in locations where people may be recorded or monitored.

Farmer Community does not guarantee continuous camera availability, video quality, recording availability, connection stability, or uninterrupted access to camera feeds.

Camera functionality may be affected by network failures, power interruptions, device failures, Internet connectivity, manufacturer restrictions, software updates, or other technical circumstances.

Farmer Community is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, security incidents, privacy violations, or other consequences resulting from the installation, configuration, operation, or misuse of connected camera devices.

AI Farming Assistance

Farmer Community may provide an AI-powered feature that allows users to ask questions and receive responses relating to farming, agriculture, crops, animals, soil, weather, or other subjects supported by the application.

AI responses may be incorrect. Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate information.

AI-generated information is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not automatically be treated as professional agricultural, veterinary, financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

Users should independently verify important information and seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals where a decision could materially affect crops, animals, health, safety, finances, property, or other important interests.

Users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

11

Weather Information

Farmer Community may provide weather information, forecasts, alerts, or related information to assist farmers with general planning.

Weather information may be obtained from third-party weather services and may change over time.

Farmer Community does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or timeliness of weather information.

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Users should consult appropriate official weather sources when weather information is important to safety, travel, farming operations, livestock, or other significant decisions.

12

Books and Educational Materials

Farmer Community may provide books, articles, guides, educational resources, or other reading materials for farmers.
